Validator exit queue

The waiting line Ethereum validators join when they stop staking, which limits how quickly stake can leave.
Only a limited number of validators can exit per epoch. When many leave at once, the queue lengthens and it takes longer to get staked ETH back. A long queue is a sign of demand to unstake, but not necessarily of selling.
